We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute arises:

• Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may stop using our Services and close your account at any time by contacting us

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution)
